Project: 2017 Food and Culture Festival & Integrated Trade & Consumer Campaign

In collaboration with our friends at The Sri Lankan Tourism Bureau in Sydney, The Misfits designed and produced a free, two-day public spectacular at Darling Harbour to celebrate the launch of their “Essence of Sri Lanka” tourism campaign to a consumer audience. The Misfits also hosted three trade events for travel agents across Australia and produced a social-digital campaign to support the positioning. The two-day festival was attended by over 40,000 visitors and the tourism bureau saw a 15% spike in visitation to their website.
