Genea were looking to create a campaign that positioned their brand as the “single source of truth” for Australian GPs needing information on fertility during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was the right time for Genea as a brand to offer relevant, credible and accurate advice to GPs and specialists, in turn helping Australian families “make healthy babies”.

Medical influencer Dr Norman Swan joined with Genea to present a five-topic podcast titled Baby Steps. This unique podcast helped GPs better support patients experiencing infertility during the COVID-19 pandemic.
3Results
The podcasts have been listened to by over 3000 Australian doctors which far surpasses the client’s objective of 1500 listens. Genea has experienced an increase in patient referrals from doctors since the launch of the podcast and the alliance with Australian Doctor continues.
