Small Business Masterclass

Approach

The Misfits partnered with Vodafone to produce the Small Business Masterclass across Melbourne and Sydney—an inspiring, content-rich event series designed to empower small business owners. Our approach was to create an engaging and informative environment that championed connection, learning, and real-world value. We curated panels featuring successful SMEs, industry experts, and Vodafone leaders, delivering practical insights on growth, innovation, and future-proofing. The experience was underpinned by Vodafone’s key message—its doubled network coverage in Australia—positioning the brand as a powerful partner to small business. Every detail, from venue design to speaker flow, was crafted to foster community, credibility, and action.

Outcome

Hosted by MC Jess Ridley, the event featured powerful keynotes from Victoria Devine and Janine Allis, who shared their authentic small business journeys, while Wade Kingsley energised the room with insights on creativity and innovation. Guests walked away with practical tools, renewed motivation, and a deeper connection to the Vodafone brand. High-value merch packs added extra excitement, while networking sessions fostered genuine connections between small business owners. The event successfully positioned Vodafone as a true partner in business growth, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
